"I wish I could, and I would, leave zero stars for this store if it were possible. I dropped off my PS5, digital version, for a cleaning and HDMI Port repair. Quoted me $280+tax. Tell me it should take 3 business days. 10 calendar days go by with no communication from the store. I reach out to the store and they say that they have not repaired it and will not be repairing it due to a “biohazard” in the console. The “biohazard” being a few dead bugs, which, is one of the most common things that happen in Playstations due to their large vents. They tell me they won’t help me and to come pick it up, after holding my console hostage for 10 days. Immediately I take the console to another repair store. They have it cleaned, repaired, and threw in a new horizontal stand, within 2 hours, and for half the price. They told me, similar to other reviews on this page, that the previous technician (this store) left multiple screws out of the console and left a screw lodged in the motherboard that could have caused irreversible damage. DO NOT BRING YOUR DEVICE HERE."

"40 minutes on the phone with Samsung technical support to be referred to these fellas here. In and out the door in 3 minutes problem solved. The solution was so easy it was stupid and should have never been an issue to begin with and they got to it immediately. Thank you"

"They fix My game console HDMI but really didn’t repair it right at all. They actually broke my HDMI import some more and they broke my Motherboard I paid 180 to get it fix and y’all ended up broken it even more. I had another professional repair company to repaired it again. My import got fix in January 2023 and started to mess up 3 months after the repair for y’all guys. I would give this store a 0 star but they don’t have it so this store deserves the bare minimum. And for them to high price a repair nd don’t even fix the problem frfr is outrageous. For anyone looking to get the stuff fix here. Enter at your own risk. I feel overwhelmed like really disappointed at this store. Y’all posta be upscale smh.
