"I contacted Creations Hair Design after learning my daughter’s appointment had been cancelled only 3 hours before her prom. I’m sure Jennifer heard the panic in a Mother’s voice because I was frantic to find someone. She graciously made time for my daughter in her already filled schedule. She had no prior knowledge of my daughter’s hair and this could have been disaster. The work she done was amazing and we both were pleased more than words can express. The true shock came when I went to pay and the cost was more than half less what I paid the previous year for an updo that took very minimal effort and time. Although this started out as an emergency it has a positive outcome and she now has 2 new clients. Since the prom I have returned to the salon for highlights and lowlights with her stylist and was just as pleased with the results as I was with the updo.
