Brad, the sole operator, is not only patient and helpful but is also a thoughtful host, offering a selection of beverages tailored to the occasion. Two thing that sets Enzo's apart is the ambiance and service. Great for special groups of bachelor parties, the space allows friends to relax, play pool, and enjoy drinks while getting measured for tuxes. Most other stores have a lot going on and multiple customers to service, but you need to make an appointment to shop here so Brad can give you his undivided attention. Expect to come in for measurements, again for a fitting, and perhaps another time if further adjustments are required. Enzo's Custom caters to those seeking a more a refined appearance. Whether it's upgrading your business attire, preparing for a wedding, or simply wanting to dress impeccably, this is a spot you should stop by. The range of customization options is extensive- buttons, collars, embroidery, and an extensive selection of fabrics, Enzo's offers a great level of personalization. Enzo, the owner of the brand, is a supplier of wholesale luxury fabrics. His business model is to provide direct pricing for high-quality materials, but with his own showrooms to offer his product directly. Enzo's Custom currently has 10 showrooms throughout the states, the one in Charlotte opened up in 2020. The tailored clothes may be priced higher than your average suit, but far above average when it comes to looks and fits. Even the smaller details at Enzo's are carefully considered. Unlike typical suit bags, theirs fold into briefcases. Once unfolded, they feature external pockets for accessories. Navigating to Enzo's might be a bit confusing at first, an entrance to the high rise mall/office has a door that to the left of Panera on the street. But once you take the escalator up and find the second set of elevators marked for floors 14-27, you'll find them at suite 2255."

I came to Enzo with Zero knowledge about how to prepare for my wedding look and Brad explained to me from the smallest detail of the perfect look that I wanted.
