The store has beautiful greeting cards, wines, coffees, teas, kitchen supplies, soaps, and so many seasonal items. The checkout process is a breeze, because they know what they're doing there! "Last week at the World Market south blvd store I got ripped off over $ 150.-! I did my shopping there. I went a bit before 2 pm to the one check out register . When the employee was almost done the system on this check out station collapsed . She said it’s happening every day at 2 pm! She moved all my stuff over to another check out and started over . I payed , I got my receipt and I left ! A couple of days later I realized on my banking statement that this World Market got payed out of my account over $ 300.—! I didn’t buy for so much money ! I would realize it at the store ! But it was $150.-. I think somehow with their faulty computer check out equipment their charged me double . I called the store , they were not willing to help since I trashed already last week the receipt . I called World Market costumer care with the same result ! No help because I couldn’t proof it! So I lost $ 150.— at this store because their check out register is not working properly."
