"I was ready to buy shoes. There was one pair in my size. The box was damaged. The shoe had been worn. The shoe insert had been changed to a different one. I wanted a new shoe. I was told they weren't going to order a new shoe and if they did it would be $20 extra dollars. Who does that?"

"Quick Summary - Big place to get name brand and off brand shoes and boots. However, the pricing is somewhat high for what you're getting. Service was great and staff were friendly though, with lots of options to choose from. Cool local place well liked by many. Edit: Owner requested to know where you could get shoes at better value as a result of this post. I do not have a specific source in mind but I have lived long enough to know what a good deal is. I have seen better deals. This was not an overall negative review, but I felt it worth mentioning my perception on the pricing. Take it as you will."
