"Took my car in for an oil change and an inspection today- the inspection was fine, but when they went to do my oil change they told me that my oil plug was bad and they couldn't do anything about it and they couldnt change my oil bacause it was a liability. I get home and park and an hour later, my husband gets home and tells me my car has an oil leak. We lift the car to find that the oil plug had been clearly BROKEN OFF!!! Guy I talked to was nice, I don't know if he is the one working on it or not, but come on guys......"
