"I put a 16-shirt order back in mid-September that they said would be done within a month. It was not, so I had to call them, and they said it should only take a few more weeks. It took longer than it should have, and I had to reach out each time it got delayed. I got off work early because they said they would be done in mid-November, so after three months, I figured I would be picking up my shirts, but they were delayed again. I finally called to cancel the order and was met with no explanation for why it took three months for them and a simple "alright," and then they immediately hung up without further explanation. I love their products and have ordered from them several times in the past two years, but they need to improve their communication and customer service skills."
