"Staff are nice and friendly but that's about all this place has going for it in my experience. I scheduled my consultation online and got daily reminders to call and confirm my appointment/give insurance information but every time I called I nobody would answer and they never returned my emails or calls. I finally reached on someone on my fourth day of trying. I arrive to my consultation and witness a mother and her daughter get turned away because they didn't confirm their appointment and said they couldn't reach anyone either. Fast forward to my cleaning and it was brutal. I usually love getting cleanings but this was something else. Rapid scraping beneath my gums with pauses to suck up the blood. The spinning brush slipping around my mouth and spinning toothpaste onto my face. The rapid fire flossing with no accuracy what so ever. Even leaving felt awkward. No check in with anyone just pointed out the door as soon as she finished cleaning. I left my appointment an hour ago and my gums feel gritty and raw and I can't rid my mouth of the taste of blood. I hope they can improve the quality of their service but until then I will be going elsewhere."

Thankfully, Dr Casey Cho's mix of warm personality and professionalism made me feel at ease more and more throughout the visit. "Wow. Ive been coming here for several years and unfortunately the talent has just gotten sucked out of this place. I have had nothing but positive experiences up to today. I got a maintenance cleaning completed and it was brutal. For a periodontal cleaning it typically takes an hour and Kelly got my cleaning done in 25 minutes flat at the expense of my gums and face. I left the office soaked because she let the water rip as she was cleaning. Not careful, not thorough. Its seems to be the same story as a lot of places, understaffed and overworked. What a nightmare, Im switching locations as I am stuck with Aspen dental via my insurance for the year. Buyer beware if you value your face."

"Today was my first visit to Aspen. I went there for a dental exam which included a complete set of X-Rays. Dr. Cho was very professional and delightful. In fact, the entire office staff was very nice and fun to be around. There was no charge for the exam, the X-Rays or the doctors evaluation. Based on my very positive experience at Aspen today, I will definitely go back to get my dental work done."

"I took my daughter in as an emergency walk in. After her regular dentist turned her away with an appointment for December. There was only one doctor in and the front desk staff(the man- I didn’t catch his name) saw how much pain my baby was in and spoke with the doctor to get her seen. The process was smooth and easy. The staff and everyone we encountered were amazing to work with and compassionate. I appreciate them more than they will ever know! Needless to say- My family of 6 are new patients!"
