"I had a bad experience where movers lost the screws to my bedroom set. I had purchased the bedroom set from Tavares at House To Home Furnishings last year. I was not sure what I was going to do but I went to see Tavares there and he ordered the hardware pack for my bedroom set and had one of his staff come assemble my bed and dresser and mirror. Not only did Tre’ assemble my bed, he arranged my bedroom set in the perfect way. I was so happy and excited to finally have my bed back after waiting a month as I did not have the idea to go to Tavares for a couple of weeks after the movers left my room in complete disarray. "READ ALL!!!! Overall the experience at the actual store isn’t horrible at all. The selections are a lot. He has a lot to choose from and it’s very nice. We purchased a king bedroom set new mattresses and all. The mattresses we purchased they didn’t have in stock anymore but he upgraded us to the next thing-that was great. The part that he doesn’t mention is about the interest after the 90 days. It wasn’t explained good at all. Our stuff came out to about 1700 dollars in total for everything. I make an account and it says I owe almost 5,000 dollars in total. I call to figure it out and they pretty much say interest is 3,000 dollars worth which is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! Never have I been somewhere and they charged that much for interest not to mention my credit is good but it’s supposedly not counted anyway. With that being sad I feel almost like it’s a scam and a way to suck you in and be even more in debt unless you know going in you only need those 90 days to pay it off!"
