"This review is for the collision department. It is two years late but I understand how helpful an honest review can be and have benefitted from the whole community enormously. So better than never here is my review. I have a 2016 corvette and someone broke the passenger side window. I called them (probably around October 2021) and they quoted me the price which I agreed. They asked me to pay half before they would order the glass which I did. After that they never got back to me. Then I had to keep calling them to remind them to order the glass for me. Every time it was this old gentleman Curtis (if I remember correctly) who answered the phone. I must have called him daily for two months to the point he knew me really well. He was polite on the phone but he never followed up on what he promised! I would have changed to another dealer but they got me hooked by asking me to pay half the cost upfront. Probably 3 or 4 months later finally the glass arrived. I drove in to have the broken window replaced. After I got back home I realized the window could not close. Turned out they order the wrong glass, even though they had all information about my car as I serviced it there before. Another round of many calls later (this time with their manager Bob) they got the correct glass. I drove in again to change the glass. When I got back home I realized this time the passenger door button was stuck. How terrible and careless their technician were!! I had to call them yet again and drove in to fix the door. Think about all the hassles and the uber cost I had to pay! This whole experience was so frustrating to the point I did not want to buy another corvette anymore. I plan to write an email to all the senior people at this dealer chain and corvette to report my terrible experience. Let us see how they will respond and if they care about their customers or not. Btw I did find a much better corvette dealer later."

"HORRIBLE service and collision department. Needed MINOR repair, new rim, tire and alignment and fender. It's been 3.5 months and still nothing. Tried contacting MULTIPLE different times daily and weekly and nobody calls back. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT COME HERE"

"Sadly I am giving their service a 1 star review. We took our truck in for an engine light and they "fixed" it and charged us almost $800. Not even 2 days later the service engine light comes up again and we took it back,this time they said it is related to "ANOTHER" thing wrong with our truck and want to charge us $1,500. I feel like they want us to keep coming back every week and double the charges every time."

"I went to City Chevrolet looking for prices to compare with other Chevrolet dealerships. Usually salesmen are very pushy and do not take time with the customer unless they are absolutely sure that you are going to purchase that day. We were greeted by Mr Jay Clipper. He was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable about the various vehicles. He took time and answered our questions. Did not rush us off because he thought that he would not get the sale. He made the overall browsing and buying experience stress free and pleasant. I highly recommend City Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new or used car. And highly recommend Mr Jay Clipper as your salesperson."
