"The new manager embarrassed me in front of the store. Didn't know policy on expired non food items. Instead of looking into the policy, (her being new and all) she made a rash prejudgment and became rather condensending. I shop here frequently and have never been treated so poorly by any of the members here. She is a not so good addition to the Hud Blvd FL Team. Once she found out that she was wrong instead of apologizing she went on to spew her years of experience that apparently didn't teach her about out of date non food items. She needs to do better. She put me out of the store just to have to let those flowers go. YES I GOT THEM.. MORAL, BETTER TO KNOW THAN TO NOT KNOW"
