"Serrina was a good stylist. Layers are a tiny bit uneven, but I’m just nit picky. She was very kind and a pleasure to work with, which is why I’m giving at least 2 stars. On to why I deducted so many stars. Charging me $20 to use a curling iron is absurd, considering the haircut was $18. I did ask to curl my own hair (which I know maybe rude on me part) took less than 10 minutes and I was charged $20! If I would have been notified about said charge, I would have just not done it. Outrageous!"
