"never will i take my children or suggest this dentist for any children. to hear how the experience that my niece (mind you, she is 2) had and how terrified she was just for the workers to jerk her around and tell her she is going to hurt herself by wiggling because she was scared is absolutely heart breaking. train your employees to have a little bit more empathy for a child that is scared because your current one’s obviously don’t know how to deal with a child that has a fear of dentists. hope you guys improve your professionalism but no child i know or have will be attending any part of y’all’s business."

"Terrible. First I got a million calls and texts from them wanting me to confirm the appointment which I was busy at work so I couldn’t answer right away. When I finally did I got another text telling me my time and another confirmation text. Then a hour later I got a text saying they would have to reschedule my appointment. I then called and was told that they had to change my appointment because they don’t see children under 5 in the morning's. I wasn’t the one that set the time of the appointment they did and now your calling me the day before saying I messed up and picked the wrong time. Now to our visit I brought my two year old for a cleaning was left in the room 50 mins before dentist came in. My two year old was over it at this point it was almost nap time and she had been in the same room for a long time. When they finally came in they started to look at her teeth and she was screaming crying and trying to get up. I was trying to hold her to calm her down and Connie the dentist started jerking my child’s arm down and holding her head down. I was trying to talk to my child to calm her down and both the dentist and the assistant were telling my child now your gonna have to stop doing that and telling her to lay down and that she was gonna hurt herself. My child was just wiggling around and trying to get up and get in my arms she was scared and they were making it worse telling her to stop and pulling on her. So i got my daughter up and told them they needed to stop that she was getting overwhelmed and we needed to take a break to let her breath and that they didn’t need to jerk her around like that. Connie who seemed annoyed that I had asked this then told me she was trying to keep my child from hurting herself which I responded with that’s fine but don’t jerk her around. Connie then said well have a good day then and started taking off her gloves like she was done with us. We immediately left and will not ever be back. I also had my 4 year old nephew with me and he was so scared from my two year old screaming and seeing her held down that he was covering his eyes. You would think these people would be alittle more kind and patient seeing how they work with children especially small children because the dentist is a scary thing for kids. Overall just very unprofessional and heartless place."

"The whole staff was absolutely amazing at Carolina West Dental. I had to bring all three of my children in and the were quick, efficient, and so kind. It was my youngest childs first dentist visit and they made us feel so comfortable and they were genuinely caring. I highly recommend being your children to Carolina West Dental."
