"I can not say enough wonderful things about Joel and Greg from Wildwood log homes. We came to them with a few pictures of a log cabin we stayed at in the area. They were able to design a log cabin that was so much better than we could have ever imaged! The quality of craftsmanship of our cabin is second to none. It is such a well built cabin with attention to detail. I have heard so many terrible experiences with builders in the area so we are so fortunate to have found Wildwood. They are not only gifted contractors/builders but they are good people with integrity. The people they employ are honest hardworking people. From start to finish they listened to us, we’re flexible when we wanted to make changes, and held us to our budget. It was such a fun experience for us and can’t wait to build our next one with them. Oh I almost forgot! We had a tree fall on another cabin we own and it did a ton of damage. Joel immediately headed over on a weekend and got a crew out to mitigate any further damage. He worked with the insurance company and rushed to get the cabin put back together. There was a ton of damage and he got it done quick so we didn’t have to cancel a huge booking. Truly a wonderful company!"

"Joel and his crew were wonderful. The remodel job they did turned out incredible and was completed when he said it would be. The crew was on time daily and worked very hard to complete the tasks. The quality of work is phenomenal. I would encourage everyone to give them a try."

"We live in Gatlinburg. Our home burnt down in the 2016 wildfires. Joel was there the very next morning to meet with our insurance adjuster. We were home one year after the fire. We have a custom home. Lots of antique and custom doors/windows. I can’t thank him enough. We love our home. He also helped with the in ground pool, custom stamping for the porch and driveways. Also we have a greenhouse inside our home. He figured out how to waterproof for sprinklers. We have done a few more projects with Greg and Joel. Can’t recommend them enough. You get what you pay for and we have a quality home with lots of new memories. Our home was featured in a magazine and we are so grateful. Thanks guys!"

"I ordered 900 in products some how on system it says I ordered a seal not energy seal so I spoke with Greg the owner and he stated here's what we can do. If u order the correct product again today and u pay for shipping to get me back the other product I will refund ur 223.00 so I did I spent 74 dollars to ship other product back same day and ordered the energy seal. He stated he would call me Thursday on expected day for return to get card info to refund money so days past so on monday I called he wasnt in so I got a call back. He got card info and said ok I'm refunding it now. I then look at the bank today Wednesday and it says 165.00 was returned. So I called greg to ask why is it 165.00 he stated less shipping. He says he stated this I said no sir I put that on everything. He says so how much should I lose on shipping I stated how much should ur customer lose? I'm out now and he stated it cost 60 to ship it but that was for a 900.00 order and he has free shipping and i purchased the other product plus paid for shipping it back. So point is if I had known the truth then that would he different but dont lie to me. So now I'm out more than he is for sure. Very unprofessional and bad business practices.... never again I will definitely take mine and the others I referred somewhere else. He says I ordered cause he is the cheapest and free shipping but truly not that much cheaper than others. It was trying to buy from locally owned businesses. This is why other local self owned business get damaged from owners like this... knowing his business has shipping contracts ship cheaper... I of course didnt"
