"The chairlift was very steep but had beautiful views. Once you arrived at the top of the chairlift, a shop was available with food, restrooms, and gifts. On the bridge, it had some beautiful mountain views. It was a nice walk across the bridge and to the observation tower. The staff were helpful and friendly."

"Wonderful experience. No wait and was not crowded on bridge. Ski lift to top. Bridge has a plexiglass area to see all the wonderful views below you. Easy hike across where you can get your photo taken. Nice seating area with a huge wooden chair that makes for great photo ops!"
"Must do things in Gatlinburg . It was great experience breathtaking Walking across the bridge is fun, plus there’s more to do things once you’re up the lift. There’s a small shop to stop and eat or pick up a souvenir. Definitely a must do if you’re not afraid of heights! Kids also enjoyed a lot walking on bridge. At center of bridge you will find glass portion. You can all clear bottom view through glass."
