"We have been in the process of rehabilitating our mountain home near Robbinsville for the past five years during which time we have essentially replaced or changed everything except the foundation. Two weeks to the day after closing on a house in the Murphy area, we suffered a major water leak that destroyed the flooring in one of our two bathrooms.
