"After observing Mike from Jamison Custom Homes, on the preferred builders list for Tellico Village build a home next to us, seeing the quality and detail of his work, choose him to build a new home for us in Tellico Village. We were very pleased that Mike was on the job site daily, keeping it clean, safe, and coordinated well with his sub contractors. Mike was helpful with suggestions and will answer any questions, he doesn't hide, answers phone calls and responds quickly. Mike recommended vendors but had no problem with us shopping around. He gave us updates on what we had spent and what was coming up all along the way. Mike builds a custom home and will argue towards better quality materials. We finished under budget and on time. Thank you Mike for a job well done."

"We were looking for a good custom builder in Tellico Village and came across Mike Jamison building a beautiful home on Unatsi Trail. He was on the site every day. I checked other builder's job sites and the general contractor was no where to be found. Over a period of months observing Mike build the home I noticed how meticulous and neat the job site was. I asked him to advise me on my plans. He had very good suggestions and I am glad I took his advice on the changes he suggested. He also gave me a bid on my house. His bid was a little higher than the others. It was a very detailed bid and included mandatory items that other builders had purposely omitted to lower their bid. Mike was straight forward and honest. I had him build my house which my wife and I are very pleased. My house was completed according to the cost estimate Mike prepared. There were no surprises or disagreements. I value Mike not only as a good neighbor, but also as a good friend. I highly recommend Mike Jamison as a builder in Tellico Village."
