"We were looking for a good custom builder in Tellico Village and came across Mike Jamison building a beautiful home on Unatsi Trail. He was on the site every day. I checked other builder's job sites and the general contractor was no where to be found. Over a period of months observing Mike build the home I noticed how meticulous and neat the job site was. I asked him to advise me on my plans. He had very good suggestions and I am glad I took his advice on the changes he suggested. He also gave me a bid on my house. His bid was a little higher than the others. It was a very detailed bid and included mandatory items that other builders had purposely omitted to lower their bid.
