Kasie Cox was my sales person we agreed on price material and sink choices we scheduled with her for a template date of Jan 15 they arrived on time did they template for counter tops to be installed Jan 19 . I have not been able to get in touch with her or anyone else she never returns my texts which I have tried multiple times , if I try to call she will not answer Now my kitchen project is on hold along with contractor and cabinet refacing Terrible costumer service no communication"

They templated our kitchen and master bath the very next day after selecting our granite. They have a 7-10 business day period for installation after they’ve taken the template and they were there for installation only 3 business days later.
