When your store is listed just like a grocery store on web listings folks may think they can just walk in and purchase like I thought I could. Perhaps you should take an hour to update the main search/map listings for your store."

"Don't waste your time to drive there. The doors are locked. They don't allow the public in their store. Went to home depot where I should have went to begin with. The other fastenal locations I've been to have been open to the public."

"I use Fastenal because they can get things over night, and i don't mind paying their price. I needed material for job, new it would have to be ordered. ordered it through bobby, showed up the next day to pick up and they said after a 10 minute wait they didn't have it. I was told they had called and left me a voicemail but i had no call from them. they said they couldn't get my product so they ordered the same thing in stainless steel which costs triple- i think detectives call this " bait and switch""

"This is a newer store. It replaced one that was a mile or so away. They have a great selection. The staff is helpful. My biggest complaint is the machine screws that I purchase on a regular basis are kind of hit and miss since they are only allowed to stock 1 bag of 50. I have recently started ordering them in advance to ensure they have them. Before I might have to go to multiple locations."
