"Yesterday I visited this salon and the experience is honestly embarrassing for them. After check in, requested to wait on my friend to arrive and staff were immediately pushy about wanting to start my pedicure and eventually pressured me into sitting in the spa chair then became incredibly pushy about getting started with cleaning nail polish off my toes. Then the color I selected wasn't available in gel and I had to decline multiple times the offer to create a similar color using multiple gel polishes - I wanted the color I chose. The employee continued to be pushy with this even going as far as to paint one of her fingernails with the regular nail polish and another with the multiple gel and then come back to me again asking me to get the gel claiming it's the same. It was not the same and after I declined again she argued with me again that it's the same but what really tipped the scale as she walked away from me she stopped speaking English, evidently unaware that I could understand what was being said as she and multiple other employees chatting up were derogatory and insulting about my decision to stick with the shade of regular polish I selected. I had only been sitting down for maybe 4-5 minutes at this point so I stopped the service immediately. I was incredibly angry but remained calm and had to ask the employee multiple times to please step back and allow me to leave as she was blocking my ability to get out of the chair. This entire experience was completely inappropriate and unacceptable."

"A friend and I took our daughters to get pedicures yesterday afternoon. We had a wonderful experience inside the salon. It was my daughters first pedicure so she was very excited. This morning when my daughter woke up, the polish is already coming off. She has not worn socks or close toed shoes at all. Very disappointed that the polish didn’t even last 24 hours. Especially for the very expensive price of a child’s pedicure."
