"I have been going to Ellis for 13 years and always had great service but since the owner retired the service has went down. My check engine light come so i took it to have it scanned by a different outfit to see what the problem was, then I took it to ellis to have diagnostic ran and car fixed.Ellis scanned the code and it showed the same problem that the first outfit did so i had ellis fix it.Once I got the vehicle back the next day the check engine light illuminated again, so I took it to the same outfit i did the first time to have diagnostics ran and it showed up as the same code, so I took it to ellis and their diagnostic machine supposedly showed a different code this time, which I already had scanned previously before taking it to them a second time. Then they changed out a different part which would be the one that the diagnostic machine I had run the first time from the other outfit said to change. They used to be trust worthy so be cautious!"
