"They took advantage of my daughter. She asked for generic French tips. No designs, no nothing. They look awful and they charged her $80. There are dips, they are not smooth. According to the website they are $60. They are not an extended length or anything else. Just white tips."

"I used to absolutely love this place! I have recommended SO many people here over the past 12 years I’ve been a customer. Unfortunately quality has gone down hill drastically this year. I came in the salon in January, I developed a nail infection from a tech, I brushed it off thinking it was one of those weird things. I went in last week and the tech rushed so fast that many of my fingers were literally bleeding. I have now developed another infection. This is ridiculous, to spent $100+ just to spend more money at the dr for antibiotics. I am extremely disappointed that I have to find a new salon after 12 years."

"First time going to this nail spa , and I must say I’m very unhappy, my nails are very uneven . The lady that did my nails cut my nails off completely on my left hand after I told her just trim , she put tips on my left hand to try and match my right hand but they are both different shapes my left hand is square and my right hand is square/oval. And also the dip on top on both hands is uneven , you can see all the bumps and ridges from the drill."

"One of the best nail salons that I have been to in a while. When I walked in, I was not expecting for this place to be this beautiful. I didn’t have an appointment, but I didn’t wait long at all. I got a pedicure and manicure and they took their time, and also were friendly. The customer service here is top-tier and the prices are average. Hopefully they get lash services here soon ! This will definitely be my go to nail salon from now on."

"Just moved to Knoxville and my one friend in town said she goes here so I figured a recommendation is better to start than suffering through a million places myself. Walk in and appointments are good, I decided to make an appointment since it was my first time. I was paired with Larissa for pedicure and manicure. She and her husband, Kevin, tag team a little as she's really good at designs and to simply help each other out and not leave the client waiting. It worked well for me and I will certainly be seeing them again!! The salon itself is the largest one I've ever been to with at least 24 pedicure chairs and at least as many but I think more, manicure stations. The nail selection is expansive and the salon appears clean. It was quiet for the first Saturday in December, maybe a 1 or 2 dozen clients in house while I was there over the course of 90 min. Larissa is the first tech I've ever had who asked me what length I wanted my nails, toes and hands, and confirmed the shape was good. The overall feeling of the salon was pleasant- techs weren't speaking loudly across it to each other but normal volume face to face next to each other. The pedicure tools were all one time use.
