"Called to make an appointment at 5. Simple wash and cut. I arrive she already is washing another person's hair and says oh I'll just be a few minutes. I waited nearly 20 minutes and she still wasn't done even combing said customers hair out for the cut. SMH. Also all kinds of incorrect information being given hair product and use wise, as I am a licensed hairstylist myself. They close at 6. I'd be surprised if she gets that one done by then. Absolutely ridiculous and I will never even attempt a haircut here again. Don't minimize the time it's going to take you. People have kids and things to do."

"I gave a review once but I'm sorry I said a 5 because my hair was supposed to be cut at the shoulders but Carolyn cut my hair below the ears way to short I'm not happy this time so thats why she got a one this time I'm sorry ask for a haircut at my shoulders,not below the ear lobes I am so disappointed.the first time she done amazing job but NOT THIS TIME & I just knew I had someone to keep going to but guess not but I guess I want have to worry about it for about 6 or 9 months because she cut it so short & my hair grows fast I think she had her head somewhere else & not on my hair.my hair was way below my shoulders but now it's at my earlobes I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH Carolyn this time .SO I GIVE HER 1 STAR THIS TIME."

"Walked in with my 7 year old son and the older man(Ray) in the back mumbled "kids, I hate kids". The other barber asked the rude man if he could cut my sons hair and his response was "is he going to sit still?" Yes he's 7 and not 3 and you've got to realize you're working at a supercuts....you're going to get kids coming in! We walked out but felt obligated to leave a review"
