"I have used this nail salon for awhile with no issues until today. I called and made a 1 o'clock appointment for a dip manicure. As I waited 30 minutes past my appointment, and and saw numerous walk-ins taken back, I finally asked someone how much longer. His reply was you are next. After 1:45 I was seated with someone. At this point I only have time to let her remove the dip. I'm just confused why make an appointment if it doesn't matter and people who come in with no appointment can be seen before you? Also how would they feel if I didn't respect their time and showed up 45 minutes late"
"Tina did an excellent job on my nails today! I wish I knew the name of the lady that did my daughters pedicure she did excellent as well! I have been here twice now and it has become my favorite place to have my nails done."
"I have been to this nail salon many times but the last 2 times have decreased significantly overall. Last time I went, I had nail trauma to the point where I am hesitate to get my nails done ever again. I usually get an acrylic fill-in with Gel on top. The previous time, the guy messed up on a couple of my nails. I didn’t mind since it was just a couple of them. Those couple nails ended up needing to be replaced with new acrylic when I recently went. The nail tech pressured me into getting a full new set. Then he started taking a fake nail and trying to rip my old acrylic off my nail based. It hurt several times and I made sure to let him know. At one point he dug so hard it ripped my nail underneath and I had to pull away to stop him. I asked him multiple times if that is the correct way to get off old acrylic. I was ready to be done and walk out with half my nails still on. That is how traumatizing the experience was. He even went to the extent of clipping my natural nails to the bare bones. I never asked for fake nails. He just assumed. He ruined my natural nail and ended up putting a fake on my thumb. He kept clipping at my nail to where he hit the sensitive part under the nail. Then made me pay more than I usually pay at the end of the appointment. I hate writing bad reviews but this was traumatized me. I do not want this happening to anyone else."
"When I went in I showed them a picture of the color and design I wanted. They told me they could absolutely do that. Halfway through the design the manicurist wiped it off without explanation and painted them all a solid color that I didn’t like and the acrylic was uneven and thick underneath the nail. My hands and nails looked horrible and were extremely painful and bleeding. When I complained they said they would be happy to schedule me another appointment to fix it no charge. When I showed up for the appointment they refused to fix them unless I paid for another manicure. I will never go back again."
"The place is beautiful. I just started getting regular pedicures and really don’t have a ton of experience to know quality of work. I DO know I left there unimpressed. The whole process felt rushed and after looking at the quality of work it backs up my not so good feeling about the place. I started off with a guy doing my pedicure to be switched out with a girl. Everyone was nice but again, it all felt rushed. I think my pictures speak volumes. I have polish on my skin. Polish doesn’t even cover my whole nail. I’m disappointed. I spent $42 on my pedicure and I even talked my husband into a basic pedicure and I feel cheated. I can’t say I will be coming back and that’s sad because they have an a beautiful facility."
