"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!! It is a complete rip off. Claims to rebuild your transmission and you will receive your transmission back with a terrible paint job and in worse working condition then before it was "Rebuilt". Will not make it right either. Go somewhere else!!!!"

"DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I took my van here not even a year ago and Troy was supposed to do a total rebuild on it. I got it back and in just a couple of days it was acting weird and shifting hard so I called Troy and he said oh it's fine it just has to work out the kinks just keep driving it. Four months later my transmission started acting up and went back into limp mode. I called Troy and said hey my transmission is back in limp mode and he said ok bring it down here it must of been a bad part. So we take it back and he tells me the transmission is completely busted on the inside that he will fix it. We get it back and its drivable but still shifting really hard 4 months later (2-10-19) I come to a red light push the gas and my car doesnt move then all of a sudden it jerks into gear and goes back into limp mode and it starts making this horrible noise. Next morning we call Troy he gets all mad and says bring it down here I'll look at it we take it down there with it being in limp mode and not shifting and he says theres no way it could be the transmission. I cant help you!!"

"I took my 2007 Nissan Frontier into Troy and had him do a TOTAL rebuild on it. When I got it back the transmission would shift hard and shudder/slip really bad when going up hill or under a load. I asked him about it and he said it was "breaking in" and to just drive it. A month later it's still doing it and he said that they have done all they can and it must be the engine. I've had it checked out by multiple people and they all have said that it's the transmission causing the problem. I would not reccomend B&B at all. Their work is very poor and they do not stand by their warranties!"
