"We should have been told there was an hour wait due to appointments. Instead they left me in a pedicure chair with freezing water for an hour before even starting. Then rushed through my SIXTY dollar pedicure. Then to top it off she " didn't have time to do my eyebrows. Only 3 people working on a Saturday. They knew they had at least 4 appointments after 4. They should have just told us they couldn't get us in that day."

"The manicure I had here was the worst I have ever had. I arrived 10 minutes early. It took 1hr 27 minutes just to get my nails done. He did not have me wash my hands, did not soak my hands in warm water before working on cuticles, cut them dry and pushed them back dry, cutting me in the process where I bled. I let myself be talked into an upgrade of gels saying it was as thin as gel polish and I wouldn't know the difference. It IS thick bulky & uncomfortable. HE DID NOT CLEAN OUT UNDER MY NAILS. I noticed when he took the old polish off there were black lines under my nails, he left it like that. I worked so hard to grow my nails out showed him the shortest one and said leave all that length, ring finger. He took my pinky right next to and cut it short I said NO, that's to short and again pointed at ring finger which he then held and cut. I said to short, he just kept trimming, and I gave up. Since the manicure took so long I didn't get the massage or hot towels as I had a hair appt I was late for as I factored in the time. The polish is sloppy as shown in pictures, my hands look awful/ nail tips are not painted, my nails are all different lengths. A lady said to come back after hair appt they would fix it. I said "you going to grow my nails back and heal the bleeding?" I would go back at all! Paid full price to. They did not tell me it would take that long, it shouldn't have taken that long even with the full treatment. Never had one last more than an hour. If you look at some of the pics on their FB Page they posted you will see bleeding, drips on the polish and some sloppiness as well in some of the pics."
