"i’m not one to normally leave reviews, especially bad ones but this was the worst nail experience i’ve had in my life. Sandra was my nail tech and it took 2 hours to do my nails because she kept getting up and ignoring the fact she had a client in her chair. she could barely get through one nail before she got up again. 2 of my nails needed repaired and instead of soaking them off she ripped them off and it went down to the skin. she was very aggressive and didn’t care she was hurting her client. not only that in the middle of doing my nails she took her socks off then continued to do my nails, that is before she got up again. i will never be back to nc nails."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I gave a very specific reference picture. She said 54 or 72 dollars. I said I don't care I just want it exactly that. I waited 30 min to start. And she proceeded to completely mess up my nails. They were nothing like the reference photo and they refused to refund me because I didn't have time for them to fix their mistakes"

"I’ve gone twice and have had a great experience each time. Professional, clean and relaxing atmosphere. The pedicure services are super relaxing and not rushed. My gel manicures are long lasting and I get a lot of compliments on how nice my nails look. All of the techs are friendly and take their time with the work. I will definitely keep going back."

"I went in and everyone was very nice. Then I got back to do my lashes showed her what I wanted. Well she did total opposite and my lashes hurt so bad after. I felt like they were so heavy I couldn’t even see. I literally ended up having to pay her and then go see someone else to fix my lashes. Do not recommend for lashes at all."
