"Got my eyebrows done here today after my typical place was closed. I left in pain. Cuts all over my eyebrows from her nipping me with the sharp tweezers and inflammation from my cuts being rubbed with alcohol instead of the normal aloe most places uses. I would never come back here"

"Honestly, this is the worst experience I have ever had. I came in for an acrylic nail set. And I asked the lady to trim my natural nails and have the acrylic pulled up so they all were the same length. She cut my natural nails down to the absolute base without even asking or checking the size 1st. So now my entire right hand, natural nail is cut down completely. It is so obvious, I love the color, but so sad and disappointed because it takes so long for me to grow my nails. You can clearly see where it was chopped off. She still charged me $70 and no discount, one “sorry.”"

"I have been getting my nails done for over 2 decades and take pride in my nails. If you have long nails and know what works best for you this isn’t the place for you. Times have changed and there are new techniques that are available but this place is stuck in the 90’s. Don’t get me wrong the atmosphere is nice and the water fall is relaxing. I just wish the attention and quality of my nails matched the energy in the shop."
