Asked someone working there if we could use the changing room to try some things on and the dude straight up shook his head no and continued whatever he was doing that was more important than helping a customer. We left and will never return"

"We were on a shopping trip with our granddaughters on Monday 6/12/23 one granddaughter is blonde and fair skin the other is Cambodian with dark skin and dark hair. Both granddaughters had small backpack bags which are in style. After we had been shopping and picked out several items the clerk announced loudly in front of many other shoppers that our dark skinned granddaughter would need to leave because she was wearing a backpack which are not allowed in the store. This was embarrassing to her and completely inappropriately handled. I know stores all over are having issues with theft but to single out customers because of apparently being dark skin is setting up for a law suit. This is something we are considering because it was obviously ok for the fair skin girl to shop with a backpack but the dark skin girl gets called out and loudly as to embarrass her. Not acceptable. You will be hearing from us on this issue."
