"The hardest thing about moving is getting set up with new health care services, and as a lifelong dental disaster, I get high anxiety about dental issues. My first meet with Dr. Madison was during a dental crisis (of course!) and they really saved me. Everyone has been very nice through all of my recent issues, and have shown me great kindness and patience. I really appreciate them."

"Everybody here is very friendly, but you have to be careful when it comes to the cost of services. I had concerns about my insurance company paying for a filling, but they assured me they had never had any trouble with that company. Having not been misled by them before, I went ahead and booked the appointment. It turns out my insurance company was not going to cover that filling after all. I realize the biggest issue here is my insurance company is no good. And I gave them two stars instead of one, because they are very friendly and even helped appeal the claim. But when it came down to it, I had to pay nearly $400 when I was told it would only be $150. I expected they would help me out some since the insurance not paying was apparently unexpected for them too. I was told I was responsible for the full amount regardless but could make payments if I wanted. I've been to this dentist several times and have paid hundreds of dollars for services in the past. But I feel as though I was misled here regarding their past experience with my insurance company. I hate to find another dentist, but I can no longer trust this practice. They lost a good customer over just one visit."

Everything is so clean and modern. And the staff and doctor are amazing. Rebecca was my hygienist and what a sweet lady she was. I highly recommend them!"

"A family dentist where comfort is important to everyone in the place. The office is set up more like a home with a residential look and feel. I've been going there since 2014. My teeth were a mess from childhood and over the course of regular visits my mouth is now in great shape! Gone are the sensitivity issues and pains that have plagued me for years. Everyone was super friendly and the rates are affordable."
