I had a negative experience ordering a product through Taco Clout that was delayed for months (NOT due to Taco Clout, but due to the manufacturer as this was built-to-order). Adam on the sales team kept on their case to get me the product. Even with the product manufacturer dropping communication, Adam kept on it and updated me on his attempts to get a ship date. It was a frustrating process and ultimately the product is being removed from the site due to the manufacturer’s lack of customer service and support.
