"I like the hairstylists I think maybe WalMart doesn't offer frosty blonde highlights but that's what I asked for and didn't get that. I got a really good cut and hair wash. If you're looking for frosty highlights don't go there."

"Honest review- I’m no expert but I don’t think my haircut is supposed to look like this. My hair was about hip length and I asked for shoulder length with layers. I’m confused on the layer part. Length was what I asked for. Cindy was nice lady but I don’t think I’d go back ."

"I stopped by to make an appointment for my 88 year old mother get a perm. Jennifer G gave me her business card with her number hand written on it. She was currently busy so I called her later to make arrangements. Set a date and time. We showed but the store remained closed. Just because you put up a sign stating, "Due to Staffing Shortages, We are currently closed" does not excuse bad business. The Jennifer G number gave was disconnected, corporate 800 number is an automated service that points you to their website. They just need to go out business and allow someone else give great service."

"I experienced very professional customer service from the manager, Hannah. I got a great haircut and color service. She is very knowledgeable with all the salon services and did an expert job! I highly recommend her and have let my friends know this salon is convenient, gives a very good price value, and is customer oriented! Try it, you’ll like it!"
