"I am not going to give the whole business a bad review because I am sure they are amazing , but after debating on whether I should even give a review I decided I would just share a little of my experience, I am sure some would agree of why I feel this way . But I drive over an hour to go there , mind you I thought I found my forever stylist but when I come in and I spend a little over 2 hrs at your place of business , and not the hold time of my hair being worked on and then when it comes time to ck out and I am getting charged almost $60 dollars more then my last visit , again a simple hair cut , which my hair is short very short to begin with and some color added but not all over and I am getting charged almost $180 is a little over kill . I don’t think anyone I know of around here not even Salon Vasage charged that when I went for color and cut I believe at tops it was $100 , now I loved coming here but the things that was said to me by this stylist I won’t forget , it’s disheartening because for one I am paying you and to claim I was there over 4 hrs again is overkill . I wouldn’t go to any salon unless I was getting the full treatment for that long and for no longer then my hair is it really don’t take that long , I don’t mind paying for good service . But being taken advantage of , and being lied on , was the deal breaker for me . Not one apology but I did get $35 dollars I believe refunded . I think if this person would have just called like an adult and we could have discussed this I might have still continued to do business but when you act like it don’t matter you won’t get that far and it’s sad . I really liked the place . It was very clean and decorated so pretty . Although this has been several months now , I truly hope you prosper. Hairdressers these days are struggling and when you find one who’s good you try to keep them but when something goes wrong it’s best to move on and what will be will be . I wish the business well . ❤️"
