"I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Kalchthaler and his staff. I was referred to his office from my dentist. Everybody there was very friendly and upbeat. Both he and his assistant took the time to explain the procedure. He evaluated if the root canal was the option we should be taking and determined based on x rays and some in mouth tooth testing that we should proceed. It took a little over an hour for him to address the issue. He made sure I was comfortable and in no pain during the procedure. Numbing has now worn off and I have little to no discomfort. He has a great chairside manner about him. I told my wife this evening that I would gladly go back to him if the need arose which we hope never does. Highly recommend!"

"It’s funny - we discussed Dr. K’s time in Pittsburgh, but we never discussed how he made it to TN. However he made it here, all that matters is that he IS here. We are so lucky to have him! He was kind, swift, and, along with his staff (Shout out to Tori!), my experience was the best it could possibly be considering the circumstances. The facility was warm, clean, and welcoming - I was even tucked in with a comfy, plaid, flannel blanket. And they gave me flowers as I left! Before my procedure, I was in the waiting area and I saw a man leaving with a small bouquet, smiling; the small acts of kindness truly make a difference.
