General Shale Brick 3015 Bristol Highway, Johnson City, TN 37601

"We’re building a house and it seems like General Shale has a monopoly on brick in the Tri-Cities area as their prices are absolutely ridiculous. I went in their showroom to look at brick and the woman working asked for our priced quoted from our builder and she looked at me and smirked when I told her our allowance. Her comments were condescending and extremely rude. I left while she was mid-conversation with me holding my tongue. I would rather drive to Knoxville to find brick rather than go back there and do business with them. Edit: 2 months and no response from them after they commented on my review"

"Terrible to do business with. Ordered product for an agreed amount I payed and the day of the delivery they called and said they need more money and threatened to cancel the order. Terrible way to run a business."

"I was attacked by one of thier drives because he was eating lunch in the parking lot beside burger King had the parking lot and entrance blocked after I voiced my opinion of his parking skills he tried to come through my window waiting on phone call from the company"
