"I wish I could do 0 stars. They do not have enough help at the pharmacy, but today I booked an appointment online for their Covid/flu tests and they said they haven’t been able to do these tests for a long time but can’t fix anything on the site. Pretty disappointing that this hasn’t gotten resolved on the website and that no one can call when someone makes an appointment to let you know. I got confirmation emails and reminder emails."

"My review is for the pharmacy. They take forever to refill prescriptions, they take forever with their drive-thru lines, if there's an issue, would your prescription like I had today, Like it being discontinued, they won't tell you. They will just keep sending you messages saying that it is delayed due to an insurance issue. They never answer their phones. I was on hold a few months ago for 30 minutes when I finally got mad and drove to the store, at that point when I finally made it there I was on hold for almost an hour. Nobody that I could see through the drive-thru window was answering phones at all. I was just told the same thing I've been told every other time. Oh we must be having problems with the phones. I don't know if this location is incompetence or laziness, but they need to tighten up."

"Been coming to this pharmacy for 16 years. Was a rite aid before. Can't believe the change in the few months. There's also a mean lady cashier that does only the minimum to stay employed. I know things are rough right now but something needs to change. We have had to drive to another location lately just to get our meds."

"My review is specific to the pharmacy - the front store associates are always super helpful and nice. Long review, but feel people need to know about this location. This pharmacy fails to realize that a pharmacy is just as vital to someone’s care as their doctor. A doctor can diagnose you, but without the pharmacy, the diagnoses pretty much means nothing because the pharmacy provides the medicine needed to cure whatever issue was diagnosed. Usually this pharmacy takes well past the “ready” time in the app to fill prescriptions, but now with hours of 10-6 M-F, the slow time is a huge issue. On Wednesday I was diagnosed with pneumonia and type a flu. This pharmacy had the prescription at 11am, and the app said it would be ready at 12:30. My wife goes to pick it up, and is informed that they haven’t even started on it. Not only that, but the cashier was actually very nice and said “we can probably have this out in about 30 minutes” to which the pharmacist replied “no we can’t I’m about to go on my lunch break so it’ll be after 2:30”. Website says lunch break is 1:30-2, if it only takes 30 minutes, and their lunch break isn’t for an hour, then what’s the problem? I certainly understand we aren’t the only order, but another two hours? Two of the prescriptions they literally had to slap a label on, and the other one was 7 pills… Wife goes back at 3:30 to pick up the medicines, and only 3 of the 4 were ready. Apparently they were out of stock, so they transferred it to another location. She drives to the other location, and is informed it isn’t ready. HOWEVER, the pharmacy associate said they could have it ready in 15 minutes - maybe this location could learn something from that. Fast forward to today - Friday. I’ve been experiencing some bad side effects from the medicine, so my doc called in anti nausea medicine for me. On top of this my son got sick this week (it’s been a rough week in my household!), and his pediatrician called in medicine for him. I look at the app to confirm they received it (my medicine said it would be ready at 2:30, then updated to delayed so it wasn’t ready), but not only that, the received my sons prescription then just decided to close early, at 3:30 on a Friday…when they aren’t opened on weekends!! Luckily our pediatrician was able to move the prescription to another pharmacy, and another Walgreens was able to fill mine, so we don’t have to wait until probably 5 o’clock on Monday to pick them up. It’s just baffling how they are only open 10-6 M-F, with a pharmacy open for 37.5 hours a week, and apparently that’s too much so they have to close early on Fridays. I’ve been wanting to move my medicine from this location and there’s absolutely no way I’ll ever use this pharmacy again, even though it’s like 1.5 miles from my house. Total incompetence."

"The pharmacy is completely unable to perform the basic tasks of running a pharmacy. It’s not even a customer service issue. Never enough staff in the pharmacy to handle the customer load. Never fully stocked. Have had a prescription on order for five weeks. I’m told to return the next day and it still isn’t here. FOR WEEKS. And this happens every time I get it renewed. They send alerts to pick up prescriptions that are ready, and you get there and it’s not ready. There is some sort of vague computer error every time. They need staff smarter than their POS and purchase order software apparently. We’re better off having no pharmacy at all here because that’s about the level of service they provide here. This location is better off closed. I’m done with it."
