"Terrible just absolutely abhorrent customer relations. Sold us the wrong chainsaw chain and caused catastrophic failure to the cog and bearing. They wouldn't even take the chain back. What an awful experience this was. And they humiliated myself and my good friend whom was very sick and just had a malignant tumor removed and had just been released from the hospital. Never will we go there again. There us more to this as this actually was the second time we had to go back. We came just a few days before hand, This trip was over a receipt my friend had to produce because they made us feel like we had lied or something and the chainn being returned was still in the box (UNUSED) And in fact we were telling the truth the size was wrong to begin with, even though the service representative could only recall the partial sale of two chainsaw chains and one spark plug. Credit card was used. Why they couldn't pull up the purchase with their system, again confused us, something they use up front that can I'm sure of it. Seriously ridiculous. The floor representative or 3rd wheel for reasons his true job is unknown of to himself and colleagues as well won't and apparently can't offer another line to help along rush times of three customers or so. Give me a break. The zero turns out front are nice to look at. Right before we left, Keith my friend and I had to sit on them for the heck of it. Keith prefers his John Deer over the zero turn. I have no preferences as I can use either both offer alot but neither is better than the other. You just gotta know how to ride like a professional. ( To the owner) See you did not sell Keith the right chain and shouldn't have guessed the size in the first place and yes your chain ruined the clutch on that saw!!! That's how I know I'm right it's the lack of customer courteousy and you taking a stand on your opinion which lacks any factual basis is fine. I will never ever come there again. Rude just rude!!!"
"Lisa and I are loving the new Exmark Lazer E series ZT. We cut 4 acres of the property every week and the machine gets better with every cut. I had some questions about the machine and Tri City addressed them instantly. Already did the 5 hr oil change and it took 15 minutes from start to finish. Tri City is the best and the machine is a tank! Thank you!"
"I did not buy my Husqvarna chainsaw from them, but I needed it repaired. They were supper good about it. It couldn't be repaired, so they worked with Husqvarna to get me a new upgraded chainsaw and that did not cost me anything. Supper good dealer!"
"First time visiting Tri City Mower today. Had an Exmark mower that was giving me some issues. I am not very mechanical but did the normal trouble shooting things to no avail. Brought the mower there with the expectation of having to leave it. When they went to check the machine in, within 20 seconds they were able to pinpoint the issue. Sold me the part to fix it and were even nice enough to install it in the parking lot on the trailer for me. (While raining none the less). Wasn't a huge sale and didn't buy the machine from them but still took the time to take care of me which I greatly appreciated. Also took a little extra time to point out a few other small issues to be addressed. Wasn't pushy and just happy to help. It's becoming harder and harder to find reputable places that still service their customers no matter how big or small. But for me once I find them they have a customer for life."
