"Garbage. Been relying on them for a few years and never got the results I have paid top dollar for. I went to my old mechanic, and he fixed everything that BRA messed up on and said that they have "completed". I now drive 1.2 hours to a reliable mechanic outside of Charlotte in order to fix my cars issues. I'll take my business elsewhere. Makes no difference to me."

"RUN unless you want to be ripped off! My mother took her jeep here and was told ac compressor was bad and price to replace it.when called to come pick up she left just to see she still has no ac. Took it back after looking over the bill no compressor was replaced they said it was a condenser and broken ground wire .and now he needed to check for leak now just know the bill stated dye was put in originally,then they called back and said compressor is bad will cost another $700 to fix it hmmmm sounds like either they were guessing at moms expense or just straight up ripping her off on unnecessary work she has left a msg with attorney and making a call to better business bureau."

"Stopped by with an allenwrench in my car tire needed a plug to get me and my 5 month month old and husband to a tire store in a 2022 toyota corolla and they told me they didn't have time to fix it, at 11 a.m. on a very rainy Wednesday, however Main Street fixed it for $10 in 5 minutes."

They diagnosed my issue and offered solutions immediately. My car was repaired the same day, and the price was very reasonable. There was no upsale attempt and they even completed an inspection for me upon request. I will be recommending them to friends"
