"I use the website for my mvp and coupons, which always comes to use. Love that when I spend I can earn some of my money back. Self checkouts are usually pretty quick, but most evenings and nights it gets pretty packed and only one or two registers are open. So everyone's formed together in one long line."

"So I just went to Food Lion on Kerr Avenue to grab some honey butter at the last minute. And it was 5:30. When I started to walk up the doors, everybody was saying the doors were shut & they are closed. I forgot my phone so when I got home I called Food Lion on Kerr Ave & recording said they close at 6pm... nothing about registers closing at 5:30. I then spoke with customer service & a Jessie/Jessica answered & I repeated about the recording & said I was going to call corporate & she said "call whoever you want" & hung up on me. Customer service is terrible... Jessie/Jessica. Since you don't know how to talk to customers... maybe you should no longer work in a position that you deal with customers. Maybe you don't need that job anymore."

She is very calm too, I enjoy going to her line after a stressful day because she is very genuine and people like that are relaxing I really appreciate her. She is so peaceful and caring.
