"Christmas Eve Food Lion advertised they would be closing at 6 PM I went to the Food Lion on Kerr Avenue and they closed at 5:30 instead of 6 PM. I called and the customer service representative was very rude and hung up on me. I called the Food Lion on Oleander and ended up speaking with a manager named Deanna. She was very helpful & friendly and actually seems to know what customer service really means!"

However, none of this prompts a need to subjectively profile customers. "I understand every one has hard times in their life but this store has people at each entrance and in front of the store that claim to be homeless and constantly begging for money. People sit outside and drink alcohol. These people walk around looking in your car. No one seems to want to do anything about it."
