"My first time taking my dog for a DIY bath here. Absolutely wonderful from the moment I arrived. I don’t understand the negative comments as I experienced nothing but wonderful! I paid and was given 2 towels (only used 1). I was impressed with everything while washing my dog. I was treated wonderful and helped immensely as this was my first time. My dog’s coat simply glistens after the wash and she doesn’t seem irritated by the shampoo provided even though she has sensitive skin issues. I visited again to utilize the dog bath on the evening of Dec 18 and again received EXCELLENT customer service from both men working that evening. Wonderful store!"
