"Heard this was the place to go in JC. It is… if you like a dirty salon with a tech that pays more attention to what’s going on out the window than your nails. She tore me up and left me bleeding on 2 fingers just not even paying attention. Kept trying to upsell me other services when it seemed to be a great inconvenience to her to just be doing this one. I’ll just sit here and wait for the infection that’s certainly brewing. Shouldn’t have to leave a simple gel polish on natural nails bleeding. Steer clear!!!"

"This place gave me an infection!! I originally got my nails done ( a fill ) this past month (July) at OP nails. So now I’m coming in for a soak off (august). While he’s soaking off my acrylics, we notice that my nail beds are GREEN. After continuously demanding answers as to why my nails are green, They told me that i have bacteria on my nails because the nail tech who did my fill couldn’t see that there was a lift because I got a white powder on my original set. Doesn’t make sense to me. After he filed and cut my nails, he put all the tools back in there places to use again, w/ NO SANITATION. I asked why he put them back if he just used them on my GREEN NAILS. He said that it’s just different bc it was from a lift. They offered to still put acrylic on my nails for a cheaper price and I said no bc I don’t want more green on my nails."

"It has honestly been a very long time since I have been to this nail spa.. but for the excellent customer service and the wonderful work they do, they are very fairly priced and worth the time! I will definitely be coming back to this location from now on! Thank you guys for working over closing time for me and still doing amazing!!!"
