"We normally go here to have our vehicles serviced (21 Kia, and 18 jeep) . Never had any problems, but yesterday (November 4th, 2023) I went and got my Kia serviced. I specifically asked for my antifreeze to be topped off because there was none in it, and I asked for them to reset my oil change mileage. $117, and they done neither. Both things I specifically asked for got ignored. I'm highly disappointed, and probably won't be taking either of my vehicles back here anymore. I understand you're quick and convenient, but for $117, I could have taken it to the Kia dealership, with a better outcome."
