"The do not answer the phone or return calls, you cannot schedule online its always full. Every time I went I saw a different dentist. One dentist said I had x amount of cavities when I went back to have them filled the second dentist could not find the cavities the first one found. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place your teeth will thank you."

"This was a "ten" experience for me at Aspen, Morganton, NC. It actually lived up to the TV commercials I have been seeing for years! A very relaxed atmosphere created by folks who really do care for this very senior citizen. I mean even the laboratory man came in to introduce himself and explain procedures. The dentist came in and reached out to shake my hand. I can't remember that ever happening in the 74 years I have been in a dentist office. No problem at all when I arrived almost an hour early. No long wait in reception or once I was in the chair. In this day and age of post Covid, good service, professionalism, and a smile are sadly lacking, but not at Aspen. Thanks, five-star Aspen folks."
