"I would ignore the negative review as I was parked right in front view of what took place yesterday waiting for my husband to come out of City Market. I was going to make this review yesterday but I saw the police show up and thought it was handled. I saw the review this morning, saw Gary’s reply and felt the need to speak out. Gary’s Auto has helped us on more than one occasion and never charged us. They have always been kind and respectful. After seeing what the man said in his review about what took place, I can understand why he was disrespected at the end from what I heard with my own ears. He was yelling, swearing up a storm, wouldn’t listen and making threats. I felt bad for the owner dealing with the behavior. I would recommend Gary’s to anyone because I know he stands by his work and is transparent about things. It’s a blessing he has those cameras because the behavior I witnessed yesterday was disgusting on that customers part. I would not want to do business for someone who was that that aggressive and looked like he was going to put his hands on the female when he got her face. I wouldn’t feel safe with someone like that and I feel bad if he has a girlfriend at home. That man was a coward for behaving that way. I am sorry the business had to deal with that. I couldn’t hold my composure as long as they did. My husband came out midway of it all and stood to watch what was happening. Gary’s staff handled themselves the best they could until they couldn’t after the man tried to scare the female the way he did. People do not behave the way that man did in our town. He needs Jesus in his life. I will still do business with Gary’s. That angry man put on a show for everyone to see who and how he was. The threats were scary to hear and thankful Gary’s handled it by calling the police. With a man acting like that, you don’t know what they are capable of."

"*********READ THIS BEFORE TAKING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE FOR ANY WORK AT ALL**************** These people charged $4,500 for a 6 cylinder and said it would take about 3 weeks before the truck was ready. 3 months later after giving us excuses after excuses for the delay we were told the truck was ready. Our windshield was cracked and passenger mirror was broken when we arrived. They took a picture of the damage and was gonna file a "Claim" to get it fixed (gotten only delayed excuses about "The Claim" After driving the truck 2 blocks away the check engine light came on so did every other light on the dash (Looked like a Christmas Tree) We took the truck back multipile (4) times and one time even had to have it towed back to them all taking place within a 4 month period . The owner Shannon told us the last time that it was a transmission problem and that he was done working on it and to NOT BRING IT BACK!!! After taking it to 3 transmission shops and even to one that was a friend of his that he recommended, All stated that there was no transmission problem....It was a MOTOR MISFIRE . When we confronted him with information his wife (Part owner) called me "Ignorant"and told me I was a "Stupid M F'er and that they weren't working on it and to take them to court. I'm going thru the process with Courtney a Clerk in small claims court who stated that they've had MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS about this Auto Shop. I will update with any further information as this process takes place."

"Dont have a car towed there. My car sit there for 3 weeks on a side road away from the garage. No attempts to put in garage. Very difficult to communicate with. Only answered phone 1 time and I called at least 5 times. Went to garage twice to check on progress of my car and the car was never looked at. They promised they would pull my car in garage to fix by the next day. Car never moved from side road. Had car towed to another mechanic and was fixed immediately. The same tow company that towed my car to Gary's Auto Repair in the first place towed my car to the successful mechanic within an hour of me calling them."

"We were camping in the area and ended up having brake problems on our truck. They ordered the parts and had them delivered that day and were able to fix our truck that afternoon. It was a huge relief for us as we had a long trip pulling a trailer the next day. We could not be happier with the work done and the guys we dealt with. "I described the issue with my truck and he immediately checked it out. After a little bit he found the issue and showed me. Even compared the broken part to another that wasn’t to show me it wasn’t supposed to be like that. After agreeing on the price he went straight to work after the parts were delivered within 10 or so minutes. All done and fixed the issue very quickly. Some friendly and knowledgeable guys. Thanks."
