"Holy Cannoli, you all beat me to it! Michael has such great service mindedness as you can read in many reviews prior to this one. Our insurance company contacted Harry's Towing and Auto Repair when I called for roadside assistance due to a burst tire, my very first. It was a hot day traveling from eastern TN to middle TN after our long vacation. Since we had to leave our two greyhounds in the wounded van, Michael made sure they were kept cool with the AC running while he towed to the tire shop. Then he gushed over the dogs when we got them out and also gave our seven year old son a "tour" of the tow truck. We felt very taken care of by Michael. Thank you!"
