"As an asheville resident for 12 years, I’ve always wanted to visit spatheology! I finally made the appointment for my first ever facial. Misty was wonderful, she listened to my skin concerns and omitted an acid that I’ve had issues with in the past. The only spa experiences I’ve had are massages, so I had no idea what to expect with a facial. I left glowing, relaxed, and feeling so grateful to have had Misty! She is an experienced esthetician who is cheerful, attentive to details and hospitable. She explained the process before we started so I knew what to expect. ( I booked a hydra facial, totally worth it!) *updating my review to share the lasting effects of the facial. Did wonders for my skin for months."

"My girlfriend took me here for my birthday and I'm not impressed at all. I get over a hundred massages per year and I'd rate this as the worst. What really pissed me off is we had someone that didn't show up and we were charged full price and when we asked for two massages for one person we were told no. Why not we paid for it and what was the other masseuse doing with the time we paid for? We paid over 400$. I do appreciate my girlfriend getting me this as a gift but quite frankly I wish she had saved her money. This place is a ripp off."
