"I have been here a few times, and had a couple of different services. The keratin blow out which damaged my hair once it came out, not to mention you pay 150 for that, and you have to buy the shampoo and conditioner for like 50$bucks total. She fried my hair because she didn't know how to apply the product. They use a really hot iron each strand which is fine, but she didn't put the product on all the hair so it was burnt and broke off....it did look good for a month until the Keratin washed out, after that was frizzled damaged hair. The other girl who did my color, did the complete opposite of what I asked for and broke my hair off it some places. Stylist are not experienced to perform these services. Save your hair and go somewhere else."
