"I'm surprised by the such good ratings. We got our paint, but it took a good while because the single person was on the phone twice and helped another customer. All without a greeting. We weren't the only ones to wait. Then the one paint we got turned out blue at home and looks grey in the store, I went to return it and was told I have to talk to a manager, who only works weekdays, during the times that I am working. How am I supposed to return this paint with the company guarantee if no one can do it for me? So there was 45 minutes of my time wasted. I called the Waynesville one and they said, no problem bring in your receipt so I'll be going there next time. The other paint we got looks great. And people were friendly enough."
