"I have contacted the company that manufactures the machines that the owner, Sid uses at this car wash. I have received documentation from this company that they require weekly maintenance on these machines which given my experience I doubt is being done. His equipment and the lack of maintenance/enabling of safety features have resulted in significant damage to my vehicle which cost over $700 to repair. There are no signs that state he is not responsible for damage, the owner unfortunately thinks that he is not responsible for the calibration of his equipment or the damage it causes as a result of his lack of care. He has refused to work with me to resolve this issue. Also, no garbage cans on site and vacuum filters are not changed resulting in a vehicle that smells like cigarette smoke and mold. Avoid this car wash by all means and support the local car wash/detailers in our area if you actually care about your vehicle."
